We’re more than just a boxing gym.

We strive to offer a variety of amenities for your health and wellness. Sure we box, but we’ve got a lot of extras for you to enjoy as well!

Full Weight Room

Our weight room features free weights, cardio machines, crossfit-style equipment, and more. It’s a perfect amenity if you have a moment to work out outside of class times, or if you want to go the extra mile after class.

Open-Gym

All of our boxing and MMA training areas and equipment are available for use outside of class times. We invite you to come and practice on the heavy bags or practice your technique on the BJJ mats on your own time. Please be advised that the training areas are reserved for classes only during class times.

Sauna

Our custom-built steam sauna is available to members to aid in recovery after intense physical activity and may even help reduce weight, stress, and improve cardiovascular performance.

Equipment & Apparel Store

Get everything you need all in one place! We offer all the necessary equipment for class including, but not limited to, boxing gloves, handwraps, shin guards, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gis, mouthpieces, jump ropes, and much more.

We also offer trendy Palm Beach Boxing apparel for every season!
