Palm Beach Boxing is honestly a really good gym. I like the way they actually teach you how to box instead of just having you hit a bag for an hour 😭. They work with you, correct you, and actually help you understand what you’re doing. The environment is probably my favorite part though. It really feels like a family. Everyone is cool, you can have fun while still getting good work in, and you get to train with a bunch of different people. I’ve met a lot of people there and made new friends just from showing up and training. It’s just a good place to learn, work hard, have fun, and be around people who actually enjoy boxing. The staff are also really nice and friendly espicially Isly . She made me feel super comfortable being here and showed me around taking her time to give me a proper tour and making sure I felt I at home. If you’re interested into looking at this gym I’d go to her for a tour 🤩Posted on Google

jessica Urizar57 days agoSo grateful for the place that’s helping my kids become stronger, inside and out. 🥊💪 Boxing has helped them build confidence, discipline, strength, focus, and resilience. They’re learning to push themselves, stay committed, and believe in what they can accomplish. It’s not just about learning how to box — it’s about building strong kids with strong minds. ❤️🥊 Thank you for being part of their journey! 🙏🔥+0Posted on Google

Jim Auld303 days agoI have been with Palm Beach Boxing since 2008, through four children and myself training, each experience has been consistently positive over the years with my kids always coming away stronger and more confident, since i started training there 17 years ago, palm Beach Boxing and Lou and Wendi have consistently been helpful and positive. Palm Beach Boxing is the kind of place that fills the hole in our education system for wholesome exercise for our children and also helps them understand respect of others as well as learning defense of themselves. Our kids should know how to talk their way out and de-escalate as well as if needed to fight their way out. As a father of four i feel very comfortable in recommending Palm Beach Boxing as the premier martial arts training facility in Palm Beach County and in my travels all over the United States I’ve never seen a better facility with all the options you get at PBB. Over the years some teachers/vendors come and go because they cannot maintain the atmosphere to the standard that Lou and Wendi set up, both as a business and as martial artists, however Palm Beach Boxing maintains an experience and a vibe that is second to none with many who are lifelong members. I highly recommend Palm Beach Boxing for Boxing, Muay Thai and Brazillian Jiujitsu. It changed my life.Posted on Google
Trisha Mello306 days agoBest gym hands down! When I am in Florida this is the ONLY gym I go to. Family owned and operated, It's clean, family friendly. The staff is amazing especially Wendy & Amy. Super helpful abd was treated like family from day one!Posted on Google
Angela Parrish307 days agoI can’t even explain how amazing this gym is!! When I moved to Florida I was having trouble finding a gym that I was comfortable at.. then I came to Palm Beach Boxing and I was welcomed and treated like family, not just a “customer” like other gyms. It is clean, has a professional and friendly staff that actually care and treat you like you belong and are family!! (Not to mention all the actual professionals that train there, so you know you’re in good company) I have brought in 3 of my friends and they haven’t left either!! Since I have lived here, this has been my second home and would recommend this gym to everyone!!! Wendi and Amy and rest of staff have always been so amazing and so accommodating… if your looking for a place to get a serious workout or training, or just have a good time working out and being treated like family this is the place!!! Highly recommended!!!Posted on Google
Cristina Martinez308 days agoI genuinely can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. I’ve worked primarily with Amy on various occasions and she along with the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond to help me out on different scenarios. I was absolutely heartbroken to have to cancel my membership because we moved an hour away but nonetheless, I highly recommend this place. As a Christian and someone who loves the Lord, what stood out to me when I first walked in there was their kindness but everywhere you look, symbols of cross and knowing they love the Lord too. Thank you guys and Amy for all you have done and may the Lord continue to bless you and build up your business to a success and reach more people.Load moreVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
