Muay Thai Kickboxing, also known as "The Art of 8 Limbs", is a combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques for sport and self defense. Muay Thai uses punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and incorporates the use of "the clinch" to control your opponent.
